Welcome to Duevion Autoduex Pvt. Ltd. (“Duevion”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our website, mobile app, and associated services (collectively “Platform”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into contracts under Indian law.

2. Services Provided:
– Digital due-management platform via mobile and web apps

– KYC & GST verified customer database
– Auto-reminders for pending dues
– Analytics and reporting features
– Cloud storage of due records and history

3. Account and Access:
– You must register with a valid Indian mobile number and email ID.
– Users must complete KYC and, for businesses, GST verification.
– Do not share your login credentials with others.

4. Acceptable Use:
– Do not use our platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
– Do not upload viruses, malicious code, or attempt to bypass verification systems.
– Do not resell our software or impersonate other businesses.

5. Payments and Billing:
– Our services are provided on a subscription basis (monthly/yearly).
– All payments must be made in INR and include applicable GST.

6. Suspension & Termination:
– Violation of any terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
– We reserve the right to suspend service for suspicious or fraudulent behavior.

7. Governing Law:
– These terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Purba Medinipur or Kolkata courts.
