Refund & Cancellation Policy

We believe in customer satisfaction. Here’s our official policy:

1. Subscription is prepaid. Monthly and yearly plans are available.
2. Refunds are available only within 7 days of purchase, if:
– No due reminder or verification service has been used. – You notify us at contact@duevion.in within the 7-day window. 3. Cancellations can be initiated from the user dashboard.
4. Upon cancellation, service continues until the billing cycle ends.
5. No partial or prorated refunds for unused services.
